Hi, I am new to minimins, but thought the idea of putting a food diary out there was a good idea.

I always do the extra easy plan.

My day today:
Breakfast:
3 scan bran (part of HeB) soaked in water, cooked in the microwave with half a packet of Highlights (1 syn) and chopped banana and milk (part of measured HeA) added after.

Midmorning snack:
Apple and Activia Peach

Lunch:
SW Quiche (made with chichen, potatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions and eggs & cottage cheese mix)

Afternoon snack:
2 scan bran (part of HeB) with marmite, cottage cheese and tomato

Supper:
Turkey steak with BBQ sauce (1 syn)
'Fried' potato and onion
Salad with Tesco Lighter Choice Honey Mustard dressing (0.5 syn)
Hartleys Watermelon and Apple Low Cal jelly (0.5 syn), Activia Yoghurt and Grapes for dessert

Just before bed I will drink my remaining HeA measured milk

Syns total: 3

Body Magic: W1D3 of C25K (30 minutes of jogging and walking) and 30 minutes swimming with my 4 year old son.
 
Today was an okay day. I was nauseous for some unknown reason so I kept trying different things to try and get rid of it. I tried drinking lots of water, having little bits to eat often and gingerbeer. I also took a motion sickness tablet, but that just made me sleepy. This is my food diary for today, but its probably not the end of it because I work tonight from 7pm until 6:30am tomorrow and I snack throughout the night.

Breakfast:
3 Scan bran (heB) in microwave again, with measured milk, half highlights packet (1 syn) and defrosted berries

Snack:
Apple

Lunch:
SW Quiche

Afternoon snack:
Made the SW Scan bran curly wurly cake (10 syns. I took out 2 of the 12 syns for my HeB)

Supper:
Sausage Casserole (8 syns for the pot. I had a portion, hubby had 2 portions and half for tomorrow night, so I had 2 syns - yes, I over synned, but rather safe than sorry)

Will probably snack on Hartley's Passion Fruit and Pineapple low cal jelly (0.5 syn) with Activia and grapes later. And my planned snacks for the night are melon, grapes, apples, banana and yogurts.

Syns total: 13.5

Body magic: None - planned on going to the gym, but nausea cancelled that idea.
 
Second time I am posting this, internet swallowed the first.

Today was a good day. Although Sundays are a bit strange because I work until 6:30am then wake up at around midday. I then work again from 11pm until 6:30am Monday morning. I count my day from when I wake up at midday.

'Breakfast':
Grapefruit
Omelette filled with onion, peppers, tomato and cottage cheese

Snack:
Banana
Activia

'Dinner':
Sausage Casserole (2 syns) with mash potato

Snacks during the night:
Scan Bran Cake - the Fruits of the forest one. (6 syns + HeB)
Milk from HeA
Fruit
Activia

Syns total: 8
Body Magic: 45 minutes swimming laps, 25 minutes interval running, 20 minutes strength training and stepping
 
Today was a happy day. I had my weigh in and I lost 3lbs, which means I reached my stone award and I was slimmer of the week. :)

Breakfast:
Nectarine
Banana
Activia

Snacks:
2 Rocky Roads Hifi bars

Dinner:
Syn free spaghetti bolognaise
Hartleys Low Cal jelly (.5 syn) and Activia

Will have my heA milk and Rocky Road HiFi bar (3 syns) just before bed
