I keep going through this book and I think it really makes sense but I just can't stick to it! God knows why! Maybe I should just apply some of the rules I dunno?
I know what you mean. I have lost weight so easily with this book, but it is a hard diet to follow.
I did love waking up and seeing a decent loss on the scales each morning though. The energy rush was also fab.......yes I need to give this another go
