Born obese , Tomorrow is my New Dawn

Just an update,
I'm back at dr on Friday although I think it will result in another sick note it's much better not climbing all the stairs at work and I have been resting my knee finding putting a pillow under it so it slightly bent helps a little but even than does cause some discomfort after a while ,
Still hurts walking and it's clicking and locking ,
No app yet come for my MRI ,

Diet wise
I wasn't on plan from 2nd like I had hoped no reason why I couldn't of it was just me thinking tomorrow il do it,
So I sorted my head and got bk on it Monday feeling less bloated already ,

I have to stay focused coz extra weight won't be helping my knee , and if it needs surgery I'm scared of additional problems due to weight ,
I know I'm not gonna shift all the excess but if I can lose 1 1/2 - 2 stone before hand I would be more comfortable I think ,

Wow, I hope all is going well for you. It is very difficult to get started and to consantly keep it up, but it is 110% possible with the right mindset. I wish you all the luck in the world :)
Oh god I know only to well I've had so many restarts lately it getting embarrassing ,
You are so right about the mindset and I'm glad to say I am feeling very possitive still, I'm focusing on losing the couple of stone or so I regained after messing around and wasting last year , then the plan is to carry on and eventually get to target ,

Well I've joined a challenge for Easter aiming to lose 14lb
Hope it gives me motivation
I've been doing okish had a few slip ups but nothing major like in the past ,
But thinking something to focus on rather than just bambling along will help,
I've been drinking more water and doing some exercise as my knee will allow at the moment , got my MRI on 19 feb ,

Totm made appearance yesterday thought it would affect wi this morning and I was very strong last night coz I was so hungry and fruit was the last thing I wanted but stayed strong having an apple and banana ,

The result is a 4lb loss xx

My stomach is killing me, and I know I'm going to struggle to stay focused today, I'm craving crisps, like well I've wi this morning so today can be a little treat, I say little optimistically lol coz I know once I start il be like a black hole , I'm arguing wiv my self keep on plan if you want anything keep within Syns which to be honest I haven't used any Syns all week so I have 105 of them , coz I've been thinking basic sw plan but kinda doing my own thing ,
The other side of me is thinking just have wot you want

The good side won . ATM that is the devil could overthrow things once I'm actually shopping , but I've got some low fat crisps so can hav them and got some alpen lights so can hav them , the moto is if I don't buy I can't hav , easier said than done but I really don't want to do damage to what I've done this week , coz tbh I wasn't optimistic getting in scales wot wiv totm and my mobility being lower , I'm not meaning I'm sitting imbed doing nothing I'm pottering around and skso doing some exercised maybe half hour or so , nothing high impact , but as I said that doesn't compare to being at work doing a 11- 12 hour shift being in my feet most if that time ,

Decision made
I'm not going out don't really need anything food wise this weekend I've got mixed salad and chicken , I've got jacket potatoes which I can have with beans or tuna and sweet corn , I've got egg so can poach or scramble, I'm not gonna starve lol,
I was concerned there's not really anything in for OH, but he said he's fine he will eat at work and he won't be home till 2.30 am ish,
The downside is he has a very sweet tooth so I would be buying him biscuits ect for him to hav wiv a brew wen he gets in , that's wot he usually has , but there is some biscuits left which will do , and knowing there not many left means I can't be tempted to nibble them,
So I'm going to chill out and hav an hour or do wiv my kindle, going to drink my quota of water through out the day ,
I'm 2lb away from going down into the next stone range I would love to see that next Saturday morning ,
And here's the thing I'm going to come to my diary and report every hour how I'm doing , not very exciting reading I know but if it gets me through the day or weekend if still feeling cravings tomorrow it's well worth it :),
Feeling possitive already

Just had chicken salad for tea , really enjoyed it , having an apple and banana for pudding , got a yogurt but not sure if I want it yet ,
So pleased I have stayed strong I know there is stil time to fall but I am feign strong ,

Got to stay focused tomorrow there's no excuse food wise ,
Not sure if il be hitting the shops tomorrow or not obviously if I dont it makes thing easier coz won't be temped to buy rubbish,
But running low on fruit so I might have no choice ,
