thanks jen, I'm going tonight and bk Friday lunch tine For work , then think that's it till I can get there New Year's Eve after work till the Saturday morning ,

Oh well , lost my mojo yet again but I'm not gonna stress over it , I feel so big clothes are tight ,
But I know I can't do anything now so I'm going to enjoy Christmas and can't wait for New Year's Eve coz il be leaving work and going to get train to be wiv my fiancé staying until Saturday morning I'm back at work Saturday but not until lunch time ,
Then the messing around has to stop I fully intend to get this weight shifted in 2014
not to waste another year yo yoing wiv the same 2 stone ,
I lost 8 stone but I wasn't at target prob had another 2 stone to lose so I'm more like 4 stone ish away from where I want to be now ,
I want to get to target be a healthy BMI , and to like myself and feel comfortable and confident ,

Here's to a wonderful Christmas everyone and a happy and healthy New Year ,

So come Jan 2nd I shall be back on track

i do everything on my phone so don't really know how to do stats ,
Yea I stopped going to class just before last Christmas but as I said still had another 2 stone to lose thought I could do it no problem , obviously not , and over the year I've yo yo 'd , gaining between 1 & 2 stone at the moment it 2 , but I am determined to shift it ,
