No can't think off too of my head , there sounding good ,My sister changed her plan and came for lunch instead, I made fish curry it was really nice, she's just gone now, will post pics on my diary later, will have my kale soup in the evening now, I couldn't go for my walk. I've decided I will probably make the salads as I go along based around my shopping, so I have no planned recipes but I will make them around the following ingredients, I need to do 7 so here is what I've come up with :- - tofu salad - lentil salad - egg salad - chickpea salad - tuna salad - salmon salad - chicken salad do you have any ideas we can add ? I'm trying to get back up to 3L a day, but past couple if days I haven't been doing as well I've still managed 2L but could tell a difference and I was starting to feel bloated especially yesterday,I'm stuggling a bit with drinking water Von. I feel so bloated because of TOTM can't get any water down me . I bet you this will affect my loss on Tuesday . Kay xx
