My tummy rumbling it's soup soup time,
I'm starting to crave bread oh no I hate this, my totm is just over a week away always crave bread,

Or nip out and only buy 1 or 2 rolls from a bakery then you can give in to your craving a little but won't be able to go overboard. I find if I resist it leads to a binge later.

I know that's the thing , it gets that bad I eventually give in then can't stop, I've been there so many times especially during last year , as you know wiv my constant falling off the wagon , but I'm determined not to do that, so il say now I had 2 slices of bread wiv my soup, but annoyed wiv my self but I must say the craving has gone ,

Hey Von , I'm back hun. 2 slices is not bad at all, you've been good all week. I'm the same. once carbs touch my lips, I can't stop , but we are allowed to enjoy ourselves once in a while, I'm sure you'll be fine hun. I'm just going off to post todays eats on my diary. I managed to drink 2L of water . Speak soon.

My belly feels like it going to explode . The only issue I have now is the pf didn't come today, I so need her to pay me a visit in the morning before weigh in. Have no idea who she is staying with at the mo . Maybe I should do those jumping jacks .

Hi Sheila yea I'm ok , had a bit of a blip earlier craving bread , got annoyed wiv myself for not being strong enough to resist , but then it was pointed out 2slices can be a hex b,
I'd forgot just went in to sulky mode thinking I was going to ruin it all again ,
But I'm fine now I've not ruined anything I'm stronger get than that , to allow it to ,

And I start my new challenge with Kay tomorrow so what's not to love
