So I'm back from shopping , I was tempted to buy at first but I gave myself a talking to and there was a bit of shopping Hokey Cokey going on ,

1. Is it gonna help,
2. Will you feel better
3. Are you gonna do this everytime it's s gain (probably) was that outcome,

Anyway. I didn't get anything or eat anything while out,

My shopping bag contains :-
1 Bunch bananas
2 bags of oranges
1 bag apples
1pack ham
Wholemeal loaf
And ready for the soup challenge
2 packs celery
2 tins sweetcorn
Red yellow green peppers
Onions,
1 Lge bottle of orange NAS,

I've decided in going to have some pasta for tea just feel like some carbs today , :)

You've done brilliant today Von and I'm so proud of you. It would have been so easy for you to let yourself have a binge and you didn't, that takes soooo much determination.

The days that determine whether or not you reach your target aren't the ones you get a big loss, but the days like today when every instinct in your body is telling you to give in, but you manage to fight it. I'm sure you'll remember today (and the other days like it) when you reach your target and realise those were the days that you made the choices that got you to that point.

Draw a line under it now and move on, we're all gonna kick a** on the soup challenge next week! :) xxxx

Very true words indeed , I have to admit I have had a few Syns today ,
But I'm not beating myself up about it, after all we are allowed Syns , I just trying at the moment to keep very low /none just till I get back to work and there for moving around more ,
And the fact that I didn't buy a bag full of chocolate has amazed me,
And made me realise just how far I have come ,

You've done amazing! Don't worry about a few syns either, SW include them in the plan for a reason. After WI I'm treating myself to a cream egg for 9 syns, and I'm not gonna feel even slightly guilty after all the yummy foods I've resisted this week :)

Ah! That's why I've no ideas to nick from you hahaha, I've actually just caught up properly on your thread, it moves so quick. I hope we'll both have better results for next week, I'm thinking of doing the soup challenge with you from tomorrow as I've got speed soup for inch tomorrow. Are there any other rules I need to follow?

No we don't want that, we'll try hard this week. I'm already up against it as I had a greedy day yesterday :( I'm cutting back the rest of the week now to have a chance at a loss, so fingers crossed. :)

I'll have a search for the thread with the rules, thank you x
