Thanks hun, I'm amazed I got through it as found it so hard on the first day! Can't wait to get stuck into week 2 now, this exercise lark is addictive! x

yep that would be interesting to know, its strange how our bodies fluctuate so much from morning to evening, that's why I always prefer morning groups.

Guess what I spent some time today on the net reading up about my op procedure and people that had it done, some good stories and some not too good, its got me scared again

I'm trying to stay positive, can't believe I've only got one week to go. I do find that when you try and ask them questions about the procedure they don't like it. I have found a new bit of information today, I'm going to ring up the surgeons secretary and see if they answer my query, I hope they do otherwise I will have to ask on the day of the surgery which isn't good .

I think when you tell them you've found some info on the net, they think your telling them they don't know their job properly but that's not true, I just want to put my mind at ease. Do you ask questions Von or does your sister answer them all for you ?

Basically for the op I'm having, there is 2 types of material they can use. From the feedback I have read today from patients who have had the same procedure they have recommended one type and said it gives less pain than the other. I want to check with the surgeon if he is using the same one, do you think they will bother to check for me and reply back ? This is the nhs were talking about .
