Well at least were in summer so salads will still work for you :). I think the winter months will be tough. What about a food flask, that would keep your food warm ? xx

Yea it does get tough , I want something more than fruit as well,
I've thought about a food flask but last year a colleague got one and she was constantly moaning her dinner wasn't that hot, and I'm lazy in the morning, alarm goes off for work at 5.45, don't fancy getting up earlier to make something for my dinner

I think red days are easier in the summer, but in the winter we all crave some carby comfort foods . From the sounds of things I think your losses will continue once back at work :), can't say the same about myself. The lunchtime food smells from the fast food places distract me :rolleyes:. You know what I used to love having for lunch before SW, either a big mac meal super size or I loved Greggs chicken bake's I could eat 2 :eek: :D I still love them even today ! hehe xx

Mine was burger king, it was just down the road, and Gregg's was next door ,
Mine was steak bake and cheese and onion pasty, and yes it was both not either or,

And same here I still love them, there's the pound bakery now where 2 of anything is a pound, nightmare,

Pound bakery corrrr would love one of those :D. I don't think there is any fast food I don't like lol. Do you know what's strange though, when I'm on plan I really crave for naughty stuff then when I give myself a blow out week off, I don't enjoy it and want to come on plan, crazy isn't it ? xx

Yea it's crazy, il crave all week then when I normally wi in a Saturday while being here I used to give myself Saturday off and wasn't really bothered about buying stuff ,

... I forgot to mention this to you but on Friday my old Cambridge Diet Consultant text me to ask me how I am. What's strange about it is I was actually thinking bout CD this week. Not going back there but here is my dilemma .. Most of my family say I will never get to 9st and my target is too low and not realistic. They say I should go to 10st. I'm beginning to think if I'm not able to achieve it I will get disheartened and end up going off plan. I'm now thinking to change it back to 10 stones and then to get to 9st I will do Cambridge.

I do not think Cambridge is a healthy way but its a quick way and only takes a month. With SW it will take me much longer. I don't think its too bad if I am doing it just for 1 stone. That means 90% of my journey has been on SW afterall. What do you think hun ? xx
 
Also I know some people say it will come back on quick, but remember we discussed about having that 1 stone to play with, so even if a couple pounds go on, I will still be ok :) xx

My mind keeps doing the okey cokey with this too lol . I think I will change back to 10 stones. Once I'm there then I might even be happy staying there and not going further but if I feel I want to go lower then I will do CD for the last stone me thinks :).

Definetly not going crazy, I don't think a day doesn't go by that I don't look on the Internet or on the forum on here about it,

With Cambridge Diet you can lose 1 stone in a month, but looking at your losses on the monthly challenges, you seem to be going great guns without it. Why stop eating when you can lose and eat lol. Its up to you but I think when your 1-2 stone away from target and you feel your losses are slowing down then its good time to do Cambridge :) xx
 
If I can have monthly losses like yours then I wont need Cambridge, I just need super vonic powers ! :D xx

Hi there, Im new to this site as have just restarted on SW at home. Not going to groups as find it too hard with work. Have read through your early posts and found them so helpful!
