Hello Vonnie, I'm back from my walk :). Got up late today so haven't started drinking on my water yet, I should have drank 1L by now :eek:. How are you lovely ? Did u get a chance to look at some inspirational pics last night ? xx

I've not started drinking the water yet , had a massive plate of fruit for brekkie that chan prepared, I think he making sure I eat it and it's not wasted lol, this morning consisted of an orange, apple, 2 apricots, peach, a nectarine and 2 donut peaches put on the side for good measure oh and a banana,

What's wrong with me, this week I was determined to shift a chunk of the gain from my op,
Out of boredom I've picked at crisps and some biscuits, it's raining so couldn't go out , there's rubbish on the tele , why am I letting myself do this again,
Hopefully the rest of the day won't be a disaster and I can try to do better tomorrow,
Depressed :(

Ahhh Von .... Your being so hard on yourself. Its early days yet and your still recovering. Just take one day at a time, its not a total loss you could have had a massive off plan fry up for brekkie and didn't. Chin up love x

Oh no Vonnie, don't be down hun :hug99:, its early days yet. Remember what happened to me with the biscuit tin on day 1 of the challenge lol. We all have good days and bad days, none of us will be 100% all the time, but point is you've picked yourself up and your getting back on it. The weight will come off hun, no harm has been done :):). Also try not to focus too much on the number 8. I know u feel last time its where u stopped. You will get further than that trust me. Just set yourself weekly mini goals in lbs of how much u want to lose each week, I find that helps me loads. The minute I start thinking of which stone award I want next or need to be in, its slows me down. Hope this helps hun xx

Oh I know it could be a lot worse , but it could also be a lot better , but your right I'm going to take one day at a time and give tomorrow 100%, I just feel like I've hit the same stumbling block as last time got my 8st them slowly fell off plan gained almost all back , got back my 8 the day of my op now struggling to get back focused

Von your like me, I can't have the naughty stuff in the house or I will eat it. Do u buy them for Chan ? I thought u didn't have stuff like that in the house? Is there anyway u can give them to someone else ? Also hun just focus on one day at a time and think of lbs and not stones, small steps will get u there xx

Yes he likes a biscuit when he gets in from work , all the time I've been here since Xmas they haven't bothered me coz I was focused , but this week there blooming dancing in front of me, I buy him crisps but they haven't bothered me either , Till now ,
