It's right I have to push the stones out of my mind , right from the start I focused on 1/2 st targets or getting into the next stone whichever was the closest , this is where I need to be again

I think now the situation is different because you've had your op very recently, they say your body needs at least 2 weeks to adjust minimum. Its natural u will feel hungry after all the meds u have been taking. Your hunger cravings will go eventually hun. Fill yourself up with free food. Do the quark with strawberries again that's less calories than biscuits. Also make some veg sticks with a nice low cal hummus dip to pick at instead of crisps xx
 
Also set yourself goals of how many lbs u want to lose at the end of the week, like I know at the back of my head I want my 4.5 stone award next but I am not thinking about that, the number in my head is 3.5lbs which is my gain from last week that I want to get rid of. If yours is 10lbs then break that down into mini weekly goals, but bury that number 8 away somewhere for now hun, you will be doing yourself a huge favour :) xx

Make yourself a nice snack box in the morning hun, things u can pick at throughout the day :) xx
 
I love fat free natural yogurt or fromage frais, I just add salt n pepper, some crushed garlic and lemon juice and it makes a lovely dip to go with veg sticks xx

Il set it for 2.5 / 3 lbs,
If I stick to plan from tomorrow that gives me 5 days,
Get the water intake up there's no reason why I can't achieve something by Saturday

That sounds much more realistic and achievable to me, instead of thinking u have to get the number 8 back before work, this way u will do it ! :):) Remember small numbers, they always work ! xx

I use it when I make SW cheesecake, its delish. Also the thing I love about it is its so versatile, you can use it as a savoury dip too depending what u add to it xx
