Daytime telly it is then until you get back to your house. Just remember to collect all you'll need on your flying visit. Not long till you can watch OAYTSML again. I think if I tried to follow their regimes I'd die. Also would be seriously P'd off with the diminutive Mr Powell. Whatever happened to Jesse Pavelka who used to present it. :drool:

Hi Hun, I hope it doesn't hurt too, I spoke to my sis earlier saying shod I still be using the crutches she said it's not set to time it's how well I'm walking , I feel ok inside but get a but panicy outside, I said she can assess me when I go home , but she said they did more in the surgery than was initially antipated , so it will take longer , and it will feel differently once the stitches are out

I know u mentioned about returning to work end of June, but if u speak to your work people, tell them its an estimate and the doc will review it. That way u can extend depending on your recovery and get another sick note. The knee is a very sensitive area and your going back into a job where u will be using it a lot, so make sure you are 100% before u return hun :):) xx
 
I had some veg sticks earlier , carrots, celery and cucumber, had a but of FF nat yog , made the dip it was nice ,

Oh well done Vonnie, that's great your eating healthy snacks. Sounds like Chans crisps and biccys are not bothering u anymore, u sound a lot more focused :p, I'm glad you've got your weightloss mojo back hun . What did u eat today ? xx

Yea biccys not bothering me and he opened a family bag of walkers sensations Thai chilli last night , there's 1/2 bag left and I hadent even sneaked one, :)
And they are my favourite

Oh today's eats so far due to being asleep for most of the afternoon the veg sticks was all I've had so far,
Will hav ham and what ever salad wise I can with it , I think it lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber , and beetroot,

Well done on the will power Vonnie, I'm glad its come back :p and long may it stay with u ! I know the Thai Chilli are your fav, what's Chan doing buying them ? :D lol, I'm just kidding, the fact that u didn't have a sneaky one is amazing. I think u will see a fab loss on Sunday. Have u had a chance to have a sneaky peak at the scales yet ? xx

I bought them well 2 pks actually , I ate one the end of last week , eeek kept that quiet ,
But yes I feeling more focused now, just hope wen I go home I can stay on plan , it's only going to be Wednesday night so not too bad, sis said there is eggs so might have them.
Yes I had a sneaky peek today they have gone down 7lb,

I wasn't going to weigh but I didn't feel as bloated so I thought it would boost me more to see a couple of LB less, so was really chuffed with 7, maybe by Sunday it might of gone down a bit more getting closer to shifting the gain after surgery , :)

Still a bit miffed myself but least it sorted now, it's throbbing a bit but don't know if it's the stitches feeling tight,
