Oh thanks Vonnie I will look it up. You know I have the food network channel on most of the time which I guess is not good :rolleyes:, it does make me hungry. Its funny u mentioned this because I want to start using my time watching these weightloss programmes to get me in the zone. I have watched Chris Powells `Extreme Weightloss' where he does makeovers, I love that programme, I think I will watch repeat episodes to get me going :D xx

It's been ok thanks,
I had 3 apricots, some grapes and 2 donut peaches mid afternoon,
And for tea ham salad ,
So feeling pleased with myself,

Just watching BGT results them prob go bed before the munchies start lol,

Intended on having an early night , but still messing around , been good though , haven't eaten anything,
Need to ring the dr first thing to order my sicknote, this will be my last one hopefully I'm going to ask to be returned to work 29 June,
The surgeon said it would prob be 5 / 6 weeks for my knee to recover fully , with me having a job that I'm on my feet 11 hours+ per day and also going up and down stairs I want to make sure it healed ,
I also have to try and get an appointment with the nurse to remove my stitches , seeing as I can't get them removed here, it's a bloody pain but they won't do it with me not being registered with. Local dr, grrrrr
So blooming annoyed
So hopefully I can get an appointment for Thursday so I will go home Wednesday with bruv in law , and either come bk Thursday on the train or wait till Friday morning and come part way bk with Gary on his way to work , cuts down the train fair that way , I'm unsure what to do,
If I can't get appointment with the nurse my only other option is to go to the walk in centre , I f that's the case I will go wed evening when I get home then come back Thursday morning ,

Hi Hun,
Just rang got appointment with nurse for stitches to be removed Thursday, but this receptionist said they are unable to do sicknote until the day it's needed so to ring back Thursday morning , I've been off since Xmas and have always rung a couple of days before it's due and they say they will write it in the dr's book for it to be done the day it's needed , but not this receptionist , oh well il ring Thursday as instructed ,
So I'm going home tomorrow and will come bk Friday ,

Dr's receptionists can be annoying sometimes. (Sorry if anyone is one) least you got an appointment. Do you live far from your sisters? How is the pain now? X

I was t happy , couldn't understand why this was different,
It's complicated I am staying with my OH since Xmas waiting for my op and now recovering,
I actually share a house with my sis , it's our family home , both parents sadly have passed my dad 24 years ago yesterday and my mum will be 9 yrs in august, so my sis moved bk home and now we share the house , she is now married so bruv in law too but it works ok,
It's about an hour just over on the train , OH isn't like the other end of the country but with our jobs transport makes it awkward to live together ATM, we haven't got a car now, so trains don't run the times we would need then, every Tuesday I've to be at work for between 5.30 -5.45, no train running at 4 to get me there , OH works late finishing at 1.30 / 2.30 am, again no trains , he is looking at changing his job hopefully finding something closer to me, but a job is a job so we just have to make do ATM,
When I go back to work I travel here after work tue , and travel bk Friday morning as I hav a bit later start on a Friday , so it works ok ,

Wow bet you didn't expect my life story lol

Feeling a bit can't be bothered with anything today ,
Do I want to go out ?
If I do il just end up spending , don't need anything,
