Food wise tomorrow prob fruit for brekie or MP if out all day I won't get lunch and I'm having homemade veg soup for dinner ( speed food all the way )

WOW how motivated are you all of a sudden it's fab to see. YIPPEE, Enjoy your bike ride and (cue southern drawl "get off your bike and drink your milk" :giggle:

Oh well so much for my sunshine is gone cry, and it raining a little , hope tomorrow is better and can go on bikes ,
Im going home to make a frittata , I've bought a baking tin from a new shop that's opened "99p store" bargain lol, and I didn't buy any crisps choccy or sweets , but I rave got 4 bag full of stuff for £11.70 can't believe it,

Hope the weather cheers up soon so you can get out on the bike, I'm tempted to buy one when we get back from turkey and start going on bike rides
 
I know it's typical but the thing is even if the sun comes its too busy for my liking to cycle the prom so il keep my fingers crossed for tomorrow, I want to buy one I keep looking on computer at halfords etc but that's as far as it gets , there prices seem to start round £100 mark,

Im pleased too for not buying junk coz usually I would but I got a 2 litre bottle diet Pepsi a bag of oranges and 4 granny smiths, 2 packs pasta 3 tins of mixed veg plus loads of other stuff but house hold stuff, How focused am I,

As for that tiny blip on the scales gone in the blink of an eye xxxx

Just had to look up where you are as couldn't believe it was raining anywhere today. Hope it clears up soon and you can go out on the bike. Shop sounds good. :D Have a good day. :D
 
I'm home now and the sun is trying its hardest but in Blackpool early doors it was miserable couldn't see the tower from half way up due to being really misty and yea slight drizzle ,
 
Well I've made frittata for later just had pasta wiv the veg that was left over stirred in and some cottage cheese and chive mixed in too was lively but I'm stuffed not used to eating that much at lunch, still having homemade veg soup for dinner , do the frittata is for later if hungry or tomorrow

Sun is shining today yey, going to hire bike today due to all my plans going t*ts up yesterday coz the weather wasn't great but today it's shining so going to enjoy it x
 
I don't believe it I left home I sunshine get to Blackpool and the fog is worse than yesterday it's a lot lower cant see the piers let alone the tower, it's down lower than the top s of the buildings

It must be coming off the sea and might burn off quite quickly, hopefully. Other tehan the bike problems I hope you're having a good day. :D
