Well diary sorry I've neglected you a bit lately I've been ashamed and embarrassed to post what I hav been eating , i didn't so much as fall off the wagon more Like it slammed the breaks on and I shot through the windscreen where upon it reved up and ran over me, so after a bad couple of weeks a bit battered and bruised I'm venturing to put my hand out and stop the blasted thing I'm asking for extra strong seat belts to keep me anchored in,
I'm taking highway 100% to a town called "4 stone lighter",

Anyway that's my plan , and I think I really need to get out more lol ,


so enough with the excuses and put it into practice!

well its up to you isnt it, if you want to lose weight, you know what you have to do, only you can do it, or you can stay as you are, keep making excuses, apologise and then do it all over again; it really is down to you
 
dont get me wrong mariavon, we all have bad days, i dont know you so excuse me if i'm speaking out of turn but your posts suggest a repetitive behaviour pattern, of which i am sure you are only too well aware, its up to you if you want to change it thats all
 
I know ur right i have to break this cycle I keep getting my self in to , and thanks your making me determined to do it, there's no way I want to put 7 stone back on, but it will do if I don't get myself sorted
 
No I'm glad of your input and you are totally right it is a pattern I keep doing , I need to take things and change them, coz binging isn't making it better , like you said no one is gonna do this for me only I can choose which way I go,

Whoever was driving that wagon should have been locked up for dangerous driving. The 100% wagon driven is much more careful. :D

Brekie magic porridge
Lunch fruit salad
Dinner lamb loads veg , muller yog and fruit

2 litres water
Syns usually used on coffee whiterner lite
 
Yep it went great,

Lunch banana 2 apples mug shot
Diner remainder of lamb dinner and veg muller yog,
Snacks orange apple , muller
Syns coffee whitener used through day and hi fi bar,
2 litres water

Day 2 of 100% looks fab. Well done. Which mullers do you use in you MP or are you doing a selection to find a fave. :D
