Had another 100% day woo hoo!
Banana and yogurt for brekie
2 apples 2 oranges 2 nectarines for lunch , was going to hav a mug shot but couldn't fit it in, had chicken curry and rice for dinner tonight followed by yogurt,
Had 3 oranges and a banana this evening also,
Drank a litre water but need to be getting back up to 2 litres but I suppose a litre is better than none,
