Yea it the countdown to Xmas I joined the sexy for Christmas challenge and someone on there mentioned it so i went on google and did one , il have to get cracking or il be drawing a Xmas pudding and filling that in as I grow ,

I think I might get a chart or something to stick on the back of my door, that's a fab idea.

I do a "one photo a day" challenge, which tells me how much I have completed - Yesterday was 50% which means we're bang on half way through the year... crikey. A chrimbo target could be just what I need to boost me :)

I find I need something visual to spur me on wen I was going to group it was my next sticker but since I stopped there's nothing so the tree seems a good idea I bought gold stars to stick on as i lose each lb, prob sounds stupid but it helps me
 
Work went ok , had jacket pot and beans for dinner tonight followed by a yogurt , also had 2 oranges 2 nectarines and a banana this evening, had a fibre plus bar with a coffee also,

Tomorrow taking fruit to work again and litre of water
 
A good day on plan does certainly boost spirits!
I am doing fine thanks, getting proper back in the swing of SW things! I'm off on a road trip tomorrow to see Tom Jones, and have a box of gorgeous chicken, rice & veg made up for my lunch, it has taken all my strength not to dip into that tonight!!! 2 apples going with me too...! If I didnt make and take my lunch, I know I'd be too tempted with the ol' Maccy D's etc on the way, so this way, should be ok! :)

Had another 100% day woo hoo!
Banana and yogurt for brekie
2 apples 2 oranges 2 nectarines for lunch , was going to hav a mug shot but couldn't fit it in, had chicken curry and rice for dinner tonight followed by yogurt,
Had 3 oranges and a banana this evening also,
Drank a litre water but need to be getting back up to 2 litres but I suppose a litre is better than none,
 
Reporting another good day , just off to bed I feel really tired and unfortunately working tomorrow,

Usually at work just water, sometimes diluted juice at home , depends how rock and roll I feel lol x
 
I used to just be on water at work,but then we moved offices and the water froim the "machine" in this new place is nasty, tastes really funny... So I've JUST treated myself to some apple & blackcurrent to try and encourage water... fed up of tea!! :)
 
Went for a five mile walk after work , can tell I've not walked that distance for a while legs are aching, to think I used to do between 6 to 8 mile every night after work last year but prob stopped it before Xmas wen the weather was icy ,
