Good advice, I am motivated at the moment but it does creep up on you when you least expect it and the plan is out the window ,
I will give it a go wen I'm struggling ,
I didn't give in to my little cravings that were trying to rear their heads last nite,
But I know it won't be all plain sailing il have to do a bit of whitewater rafting through the rapids

Wi this morning as can't do tomorrow and pleased I've lost 3 lb

It feels good to be losing again I did crave bread last night and caved in ,had some wiv my soup,
But on the whole it's going ok

As long as "some bread" doesn't amount to whole loaf, you'll be reet.
There's a lot of people have a full post-WI blow out once a week, with a full on takeaway pizza, kebab and whatnot. A couple slices of bread aint gonna damage things too much :)

ooh rain not fun. It's bucketing here too, so much so, I have learnt that my favourite pumps are NOT waterproof in the slightest and I am squelching around the office now.... haha. Noice....

Hope you found something good to do, something dry..!
 
Made large bowl salad yesterday finely chopped everything it looks so yummy just had for lunch really enjoyed it , I'm chucking prawns wiv some for my tea , there's loads left to pick at tomorrow will hav for lunch again, also bought peaches nectarines oranges strawberries blueberries blackberries apples and banana so I've no excuse not to be 100% on plan
 
Not been able to get on for a couple of days it just froze,
Everything still going to plan hoping for a loss on Wednesday
