I'm the kind of person that definitely NEEDS structure, I like a few rules to follow, even if (in other things) I sometimes break the rules, as I have a teensy weensy rebellious streak that just pops out now and again

Make tomorrow your fresh start, and if worst comes to worst and you have lost some of your stickies .............. Its only temporary. You will both be back on it with a passion and getting back to where you both were pre surgery.

Yes they are lovely both of them, would defo recommend them . I find when you use seasoning you don't need too much salt in your food which is good xx

Your right, I just checked hun, I think Schwartz have discontinued it , but I know there are other alternatives out there, I will look into this and post them on the thread .
