Wow 26 wi that's makes you think , going to go and work out a few stats on that thought ,
At 1lb a week I could be almost 2 stone lighter , throw in a few good weeks I could possibly be closer to a 3st loss,
It's a no brainer isn't it, and so achievable

If I can lose average 2lb a week till Christmas , or
Even a few sts and some good weeks , I can be looking at between a 3 to 3 1/2 st loss , that would mean I would of lost in total 10 stone to 10 1/2 stone,
How crazy does that sound , but its totally doable ,
