I do have my moments Von when I go into the past and when I do its hard to snap out of it sometimes. I need to keep myself busy and keep going. When I feel down instead of turning to food, I should come on here for support. From tomorrow I will make an effort to come on mins everyday to post my food, I agree with Sheila, it really does make a difference, you feel more accountable when you right on your diary everyday, even if your not posting food, just a few general comments to let everyone know how your days been . What do you think sis ? xx

My packs have arrived, I have a meal planner that I will be filing out each day on their website and a weight tracker and you take weekly measurements of yourself in inches, which is something new which I have not done before so looking forward to that . Their website is actually very good and they have their own forum which I've not had a chance to look at yet. I've managed to sort the packs out briefly. I am doing their Simplicity plan which is 4 packs a day, roughly 650 cals with lots of water. I bought the water flavourings too. I have a mixture of the bars, soups and ready meals. I didn't go for the shakes, even in the shaker they come out lumpy sometimes, I don't like that, I need to buy a new blender for them, my old one has broke.
I was at work and one of the girls was saying she wants to lose weight , so I said bout my journey with sw , she had done it in the past but not lost anything significant i said I'd lost 8 St but unfortunately put about 2 bk on , she then said oh do you was doing great and now you just feel like a failure , I know she didn't mean it nasty but I didn't like to hear it , so that kinda gave me a push in the right direction

I know where your coming from, I would be the same because remember u and me said, when we get praise we get complacent, but when we get knocked we come fighting back , maybe in a weirs way she's helped sis xx

Yes it got me thinking , she didn't know me pre weight loss , but quite a few have been with me s long time it just made me wonder if they talk amongst themselves saying how I've let things slide and the weight creep back on,

Yea I came back Friday lunch time,
I'm at the hosp Wednesday and il go back to chans Wednesday tea time ish until lunch time Saturday when I'm back at work

Nope I don't think they do hun, I jus think that's our worrying side that makes us wonder. I find weightloss is quite a common topic amongst women at work, especially around the January time when people are into fitness and want to hit the gym. I had a bit of that the other day, when that girls laughed when I said I'm a gum member . Maybe it will give us the kick we need xx
Do you think the change in your schedule and travelling back and forth every week, makes it hard to stick to the plan maybe sis ? xx

I do t think it was meant nasty she says she struggles, she's taller than me and says she s size 26, so she knows what a struggle it is,

I think when we gain weight then our confidence levels to take a dive, but we can work on that together sis, slowly but surely we will feel a lot better within ourselves, we just need to make the first step towards change, we've done it before, we can do it again. We can't even use the winter excuse because last year you and me were killing it in Jan/Feb on Sheila and Daz's challenge, think we were doing 10-11lbs a month lol xx
It's good when you can get to that point when you know no food can tempt u, because you want it that bad, I can't wait to get to that stage. I think its normally the first week, once we get past that it does get easier. Also we have to get back on plant nanny. the water does really fill us up xx

But as you said on your diary we need to stop looking back and concentrate on what we are going to do,

I think it's hard at first getting out of the habit of eating rubbish , but get a few days over with and it should be easier ,
