Great to hear you're keeping up with the water, even when I have a bad week food wise I often flush it through and don't gain because I drink so much water, I swear that's why anyway lol
Yeah had a good lay in today, I usually doze off about 5 or 6am and get up at 9 or 10, but today decided to just lay there and drifted back to sleep and only got up half hour ago so I feel good and refreshed, I may have missed brekkie but it was worth it lol

Kirsty my daughter is off to Tesco and is picking me up the salted caramel, sounds absolutely gorgeous, not keen on ginger in drinks unless they have rum in them too :giggle:, will let you know what I think of it xxx
