No no the bunny that IS a hamster :rolleyes:, the last few months have been crap for me too sis, just not going anywhere. Yep gym is going well but it hurts so bad, just makes me realise how unfit I am :(, I hope to over come that in months to come. If I start now then maybe in the summer I wont find it hard to do exercise. In todays session she was getting a bit fed up with my no's, I have to fight the pain and try harder :rolleyes:.

It would be nice to get to target, she is helping me with the exercise part, but even she said, weightloss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. If your not eating the right foods then exercise alone cannot sort anything. I think I have put my body in a confused state with the 2lb gain :rolleyes:. I came of food packs and went onto food. I started exercise and I've come on TOTM, its all too much happening in the same week. Monday will be better indication of my weight and also the start of our London Eye Wheel :D, I'm excited like a kid already !

So what do you think each point should be ? I was thinking 2.5lbs, what about u ? xx
 
Also we don't have to cross one point per week, its up to us, it could be we move from one point to the next in 3 weeks, there is no restriction on time, I don't want any pressure on us :), this is ment to be for fun and motivation xx
 
Yes I hope so sis. I remember you and me last year wanted it more, this time I think we've lost the passion to want to do it for ourselves. I think we need to remind ourselves why we want this so much. Yes your right I had this week off like you :), but had loads to do so kind of feels like work, but managed to get on here today ;). Are you using plant nanny sis ?

Yes I've still got any nanny but not even doing that right this week I've been logging drinks down no matter what it's been , even down to 2 glasses of lager and lemonade the other night lol, only coz I didn't want the plant to die , hopefully it should be grown by next week and I can start a new one and do it properly ,

Yes a lot has happened this week for you , refocus for next week and the wheel :)

I think 2.5 sounds ok ,
But as you say it's for visual motivation not to deflate out mood ,
I'm excited to start moving young it tho :)

lol your plant with the lager is going to be tipsy :D . Yep I think I will start plant nanny from Monday. Let's start fresh next week. We need to give it our all this time ! xx

Yep its going to be so much fun seeing our characters move around the wheel as we lose weight :D. Shall we make Monday our weigh in day or Sunday ?
 
Do you think from next week, whenever you come to Chan's you will have a plan in place ? Because I remember from last year, when you'd go to Chans you stuck to your guns and stayed on plan, I know you manage ok at your sisters, but at Chans it gets hard sometimes. Do you think you will be 100% on the days your going to be at Chans going forward ?
 
You weight in on Mondays don't you?

hehe I've been eating a lot of beans which means windy miller has been by my side :D xx
 
I'm so unhappy atm with the way I've been eating ,
It has to stop and get my act together ,

One thing that gave me a bit of a wake up call was seeing how much people workout at the gym in the winter months. The ones that are serious about weightloss don't make excuses. I made loads over winter and kept eating but when I go to the gym, I see people bigger than me really fighting for it and its puts my head in the right place. Is there a gym near Chans ? I know u mentioned a while back you might look into joining one ? Or will u continue your walks with your brother in law when u go back ? xx

There is a gym we were going to look at but didn't get round to going , and atm walking too far causes pain in my knee,
I thought this week being off and resting it would of helped but I've been in a lot of pain ,
I've not had and date for my op yet so don't want to start anything or join anywhere until I've had my op and see how my knee is after
 
Shelley has just lost 5lbs she is now 1.5lbs away from her 10 stone award :eek: what an achievement Von, she's amazing !! Just congratulated her on her diary ;) xx

Your perfectly right to do that, look after your knee first and take rest. Most of last year I was not exercising and lost 4 stone, so we can do it through diet alone. What about soups, you gonna go back to them maybe ? Will you go back to the market like you used to and stock up on fruit and veg, lots of free food ? xx

I was thinking bout making a fruit salad for tomorrow , I've a bowl full of fruit here from Monday still untouched ,
