I'm dreading the wi, I know I've seriously gained but it all my own doing ,
But your right it had to stop , I'm excited bout the wheel too, yes 2lb per pod sounds great :)

I had a sneaky peek the other day and it's almost back to where I was when I was signed off for my op December 2013,
So I've in effect lost 3 St on put it back on again , so so ashamed ,
I was 16.6 got down to 13.8 for my op and since then gained it back , to God knows what the scales will show tomorrow ,

I've done so many `kay talking to kay ' talks but nothings working :(, I went to see 50 shades in the cinema, even Mr Grey didn't make me want to lose weight :mad: xx

I got down to 10st 10 lbs in August last year, I'm now nearing 13stones :eek: :cry:
 
If we don't do it we can kick rash others ass round the wheel , that'll be good body magic , might get arrested tho

Yes I really liked it, not for the glorified sex scenes but for the undertone of the love story between them, I am a romantic at heart :p xx

Yes I suppose I've gotta face the music step on the scales ,
Il be up for 7 so a bit of a lie in for me lol, my train is at 9, but I'm at the other branch doing the banking first, then I go on to my store and were stocktaking so will be a late finish ,
I'm working at the other branch Tuesday covering the managers day off ,
