Are you any better today Von? Hope you get your bloods done and results back speedily. Oh, not long at all then until your operation! How do you feel about that hun? Nervous or just looking forward to getting it over and done with?
Have you managed to stick to on plan'ish food this week or has feeling so awful sent you off plan totally? I have struggled with not fancying my food but somehow have managed to stay on it! xx

I'm ok at the moment but the nearer it gets I will start panicking ,
I've felt better today not as achy throat not as sore but still no voice,
I had soup for my tea that is the first time I've eaten anything since Sunday , it was too painful ,

I've been up a few hours today , as I've been in bed from Monday getting home from work , but I feel shattered now,
I've arranged my shifts at work to be covered tomorrow and Saturday im off Sunday , so I'm back at work Monday so I should of got rid of this by then ,
But now I'm off to bed , night night xxxx
