Goodness Von but you've had a time of it with this bug that's going the rounds. Glad to see you're a lot better now but shame it meant you had to go back to work.

Nervous about Friday ,
I have decided that I'm not wi this morning , I have had a few biscuits and a couple of hot cross buns over the past week , not too bad but I feel bloated , and if like last time I had a massive gain after my op, I know it's due to fluid and swelling and the anastetic but it really threw me off plan so I'm not going to WI for a couple of weeks then hopefully ive got more mobility and able to sort my own meals not relying on others , I'm going to Chans on Sunday morning so he will be sorting good for a couple of days ,
He said he is coming here tomorrow to go with me Friday morning to the hospital to be with me till I go to theatre , I think that will make me cry more ( I'm soft and nervous) but hey ho ,
I haven't seen him for ages it must be a month coz didn't see him when I had flu and it was a good couple of weeks before that that I was able to go to his ,

All the best for Friday Von. How sweet of Chan to stay with you till theater. Think you're doing the right thing not weighing for a couple of weeks after the op. No sense in messing with your own head when it's loads of other factors that will cause fluctuations.

Yea that's exactly how I'm thinking , coz last time I weighed a few days after and it really messed my head up , I went totally off plan more or less for the remainder of the year ,

Was a bit upset yesterday although tried to hide it , but my sis could tell can't get anything past her lol ,
When I saw the surgeon , well I saw 2 they both were in with me last year, this time was the main surgeon he didn't say he was being assisted , both when talking to me were telling me to lose weight , although my consultant said he could tell Id lost since seeing him in January and that I've done amazing previous , but it just makes me feel like I must still look huge waddling in to the room , I know it all to help my joints but it hurt , I'm so sensitive about my weight and it's not any better with losing , it still can bring me to tears with one throw away comment ,
I'm not going to let it damage my progress as in what's the point , I'm going to get to target , my body deserves it for gods sake ,
