Well fit bit report I've been out for 2 walks done the same route this morning and this afternoon 3.4 mile so total today is 6.8 mile , then the usual pottering around so my fit bit says

2356 cals burned
29 stairs ,

Loving the badges , I set it for sleep last night but no time to sync this morning , does the info stay on it till I can sync it tonight , I'm fascinated to see what it shows , how does it know when I'm asleep , I can't get my head round that bit

Didn't go gym decided to walk home instead it's 4 1/2 mile ,
I've climbed 51 flights of stairs today , I've got my 50 stairs badge on my fit bit, the next badge is 75 flights if stairs in a day ,
