Well day going ok, had banana for brekkie at work, had red grapes at break and just on lunch and have lamb and chicken salad,
If still hungry I've got a mixed fruit salad,

Day off hurrah !

Not much planed now was going to see OH but plans changed he having to work , I was all set getting an early train ,

So it's just me and the dangers of the kitchen, but I'm feeling positive I just hope boredom doesn't creep in,
I've got a ham salad prepared for lunch , I could of gone out for a walk but it's raining ,
Well see where the day takes me x

Yesterday food was good although a little low hav ham salad which I put in wraps , muller yog a banand and a packet of morrisons meyu ? Crisps or something like that not sure without looking,
