Well since the beginning of the year wen I said I wanted to get the re gain off , it's 2 stone 7 lb but that roads been a bit rocky and I've had a few rough weeks where I put on one week lost it another etc ,
But this stint has been about 5 weeks or so going good and on plan and that's taken care of I think it's about 19 lb , I've another 12lb to lose to take me bk to my lightest and wen I stopped going to class , so in total I'm 12lb away from my original loss of 7 stone,

Still around not had time to get on or visit diaries sorry, covering another branch and signal is a no no and time is disappearing on me, had a bit of a munch last night nothing too bad really if I look logically at things and still on plan but compared to how well I have been doing I feel frustrated about it,
Hopefully can get on more over next couple of days X
