Well done for starting! It's great! I usually found first session alright or a bit hard. Second session hardest. Then by the third day i was flying through it and knowing im ready for the next week. I was going to suggest getting some strength training in. I think you'll see a big difference if you do. I can recommend kettle bells! Most of the workouts are a great mix of cardio and strength, people usually see very good inch loss with them.
