When I had jelly I made the mistake of just pouring it on, probably had more than 2 tblsps combined with my coffee & cream I was prob well over my daily allowance. I have stopped buying cream and have my coffee black now, hopefully that will make a difference!!

I've lost 2 stone and my boobs have stayed exactly the same (38G) but I've gone down 2 sizes in jeans so have lost it all on my tum so far.

Keith is v happy as he is worried my bosoms will disappear!
