WEEK 2 : Count down to holiday

Being a stay at home mum is such a privilege to be able to spent time with the babies while they are still young. I am so grateful to not be in a position where I have to rush back to work. However being a stay at home mum is a job in itself. Got up at 8am this morning and by 11am its amazing what I had done.....it is work, physical work.

On a better note Malita woke up about 4 times but this time when to bed earlier, guess our busy weekend played a part in getting her down earlier than she has been doing.

Breakfast:35g Oats(HEB), 250ml SS Milk(HEA), Pear, WW Yogurt

Lunch: Omelette: 2x Egg,Milk; Onion, Red Peppers, Fry light, Orange

Snack: Apple 6 28g Emmental Cheese(HEA)

Dinner:

Sounds like a lovely day and another good one tomorrow. Hope your back starts to feel better soon if not worth getting some treatment before it gets worse (my partner is a physio so I get lectures about it), it is especially hard after carrying the baby inside then carrying her around now they start gaining weight - def takes the toll on the body x

Your right though they are gaining weight and getting heavier I definitely noticed that this week....means she growing up

I don't envy you at all....the lack of sleep does take its toll. Cooked two quiches before 7am...only a mother can say that surely.

Have fun at the parties today, Sebby will enjoy playing with all the other kids.

Hi, my dad uses an infer red light you put up your nose to stop his hay fever not the most attractive but you can use it when bf. I had a reaction to the blood clotting drugs and needed antihistamines but was told not to breastfeed or cope with the itching, I was given an emollient to use on the skin but not on the rash on the breasts. I coped but was horrible.

I hope tonight is better for you I know the feeling when you wake up realising you have buttoned everything up wrong on the baby.

I feel for you when your partner is away, Baz is working away till Wed but driving each day so sets off at 7 and will get back after 8 so better than totally being away but still little help xx

Forgot to say good luck with weigh in x
