Breakfast: 35g Oats(HEB),250ml SS MIlk(HEA), half Banana,Raspberries, WW Yogurt
Lunch: leftover: Sweetpotato and red lentil curry (6syns)
Snacks: Half Banana, 1 x Alpen ligh bar(0.5 x HEB), 28g Emmental Cheese(HEA),1 x Digestive (3.5syns)
Dinner: Couscous with: stock cube,garlic, onions, carrots, peas and peppers

Snacks: 250ml SS Milk(HEA), 1 x Alpen Bar(0.5HEB), 3 x Rich Tea(6syns)
TOTAL: 3 x HEA, 2 x HEB, 15.5 x syns a lil over on the syns...
