breda's ww diary to good health

Thanks girls . you really encourage me to keep going. Doing it for me- if I eat any more oranges nd fruit i think ill turn in to one!!. Got some dried apricots today (they usually have me running pronto so hopeing they will work their magic before weigh in tomorrow:D:D.. I have a funny stomach anyway. thought I had irritable bowel there at one stage. I must really drink more water though.
 
Buy a 2 litre bottle and fill each morning! Drink it by end of day! It's amazing how it works! I have squash but same effect xx

Down 1 lb !!!!!!!!! Yippie. Thrilled with that . Proves you can eat all your weeklies and still lose.:D:D

Had a doctors appointment after class today so didnt get out until after 2pm. Just grabbed a biggest loser Choc. Crunch flavour meal replacement bar as I had no lunch. Was worried about PP but it comes out at 5pp (18.4g protein,13.8g carbs,total fat8.1g.) Was very chewy and filling. def nuts in it. They are expensive but a good idea to have one in bag for occasions when you dont know what to have . Had it with a skinniccino . (1pp)?? .

Thanks Carly and Jo. I am determined to be better tomorrow. I am going to make out my menu tonight. I think I am leaving too much to chance at the moment as my hubbie is working all hours and I never know what time he will be in for dinner or what he will eat.. I think I need to eat my dinner between 4-5pm because if I dont I scoff everything in sight and then have dinner later when hubby gets home. He Is a fussy eater and i usually just end up eating what he's having. So tomorrow I ll organise my dinner as well and have what I want at 4-5pm when the kids are home from school.


It makes sence I think if i am eating breakfast around 7.30 am ,lunch at 12.30-1pm that I will be hungry 4-5 hours later at 5pm. I usually then say "Ill have a snack" but due to hunger it escallates . I should eat my dinner then and not at 8-9pm when hubby comes home. I am fine then with a sugar free jelly and fruit and yogurt for a late snack then. :D

Had to edit this a little because my portions were bigger than I thought Had a smashing dinner though and am stuffed now. Will have some sugar free jelly and fruit later if I get nibbley. Went a few points over but overall I was more focussed today and ate healthier. I think!!!!!

sounds like a great plan breda. it is hard when you have to fit the plan around others but having your dinner when you need it should make all the difference. its all trial and error chuck! xxx
 
I find I'm hungry earlier now that I'm focusing more on 3 meals... X
 
I Think you are right Carly . We should feed our body when it needs it . My OH can go from 1o'clock to 8-9pm no problem but I cant do that. Its a bit anti-social that we dont have dinner together but I can always sit down with him and have a cup of coffee.(He has this thing about eating alone)
 
at least you spend that bit of time together. I spread brekky throughout the morning (bits of fruit here and there), lunch at 2ish and dinner at 6. I'll then have my snacks in the evening. I cant go too long without food as my sugars crash and i feel quite ill (thanks to diabetes). its nice to sit down together as a family but that doesnt require evryone to be eating :)
