(Hugs) from here too. My gran is in hospital right now and the stress and worry has been awful, especially on my dad. I hope you're well enough to go in and see him soon. I'm sure it's driving you mad but it's not worth the risk of bringing in germs. Get well soon hon.

Thanks both, I actually managed to get to speak to him tonight which has helped, he still sounds awfully tired and a bit spaced but at least he is making sense - but if you think you have loo problems they are nothing compared to his, over 12 days now - poor bugger.

Can they give him an enema for it? Sorry if it's icky to talk about but my gran had to have several as she wasn't going. So glad you got to speak to him.

Quick question is almond flour just ground almonds? I saw it in Julian Graves but didn't buy as I wasn't sure.

i think so....in fact i have bought flaked almonds to grind myself, as they are cheaper than ground.
not tried it yet, as still using supply of pre ground.
