But I do eat fish. So long as it's not bloody or under cooked salmon. So grilled fish and veg would be my option. I can easily avoid the bread basket.

Must admit I have been having wine often due to my mum being here. I am hoping to avoid this at my dinner and have soda water.
 
b - yoghurt, cinnmon, oat bran and sweetener
s - custard
l - scrambled eggs and mustard
s - yoghurt
d - salmon steak and dukan mayo
s - custard
2 x coke zero (just needed something cool to drink)
2 coffees
 
I notice you have nearly done all your goals hon - are you setting some more?
 
Vicky, my hrdest one ATM is getting under 73kg's. So when i do this then I am not sure? I do have a few more articles of clothing that I will use as goals.

I love clothes, they define me really. I feel happier when I fit into the clothes I have and have greater confidence. I then in turn love shopping at this point in time.

What I have learnt this time around dieting is.... 'it doesnt matter how long it takes to get there, just so long as I get there and enjoy the long stay'

Xmas goal though will be to be in the 71's and I only have 3 weeks to do this and I havent WI yet since my mum left. Waiting until Wed coming as then I will have done some Attack and PP/PV days.

Im the same with clothes Bren :D makes you feel fab doesnt it!

Did you watch Aussie Masterchef Bren? I have been glued to it but get a bit bewildered by the vast array of weird and wonderful fish you seem able to get over there!
 
Yeah fish is big over here. I mainly have white fish, prawns, scollops, salmon and tuna.

Mouse I did watch MC, but only about half of.

Anju we break for 6 weeks over Xmas as it's our summer break. Febuary starts a fresh school year.

Well I have a confession; I had seafood lasagna and 4 glasses of red at dinner.....! Back on attack today and tomorrow. Wondering how long I can PP for? Might aim for Tues as well and have 3 days running. Then start cruise. Very nervous about WI. Not sure what to expect it's been 3 weeks since I last hopped on the scales.

I went for a slow walk yesterday with skins on. Doc says that's ok. Will see later if I can brave one today?

don't worry about the scales - just put it behind you and after all you're still dealing with your DVT as well so as exercise is virtually off the cards... Lasagne sounds very nice ;-) - I recon if you stray you need to enjoy it!

And enjoy the break - of course my brain not in gear re:seasons! So you Aussies don't get to [STRIKE]endure[/STRIKE] enjoy the time-honoured traditions of the school nativity play?
 
Well I've overeaten a little and then the past 2 days just trying to choose healthy. I haven't weighed, but might tomorrow.?!

I may do Dukan as of Sat but not sure as I am happy just eating healthy and normal.
 
Hi Bren, it sounds as though you are being healthy even if you haven't been dukanning - I don't think you can ask more of yourself especially given your recent circumstances!
 
Thanks peeps, going to get stuck into healthy eating and exercise for the weekend and perhaps attack on tues and wed next week. Don't want to dukan if I'm not focused. But I'm not giving up or going away from here as I do want Dukan soon again.

with everything going on I'm now at 172lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D the lowest i've probably been since august. i'm only 4.2lbs away from what i was at October 2009.
although i'm not expecting it stay like that.
have bought 2 packs of 'posh' biscuits for xmas they are untouched in the cupboard. went for a shop and bought no chocolate and no mince pies. without tempting fate I'm hoping my 'bond' with comfort foods is broken - if that makes sense.

how are getting on in general?
