Bren's..... Cruise-ade

Hi all, I had a lovely Xmas! Seems that we have been eating breakie and then only 1 other meal for the day, sort of a late lunch/early dinner.

Posting whilst cycling because I was on the iphone.

Xmas wasnt too hot but warm enough. NYE is going to be 38! Bring it on I say.

Mouse about 3 pages back is Chief. I will post some more v soon., in my albums.

Cannot wait for Friday when inlaws leave and then thinking that eating healthy for a few days and then next week getting back into Dukan Attack etc.

As for the water for 2 days I was great Linz and then a big fat fail. Going to set some easy goals and WI next Wed... OMG hopefully will have a few days of PP under my belt. Hubby is still on hols so it wont be full Dukan until the 4th of Jan. But hoping for 3/4 days of healthy eating, water and my exercise, which I am pleased to report that I have only had 2 days off from in the past 10 days! Yay for me.

Having dinner out tonight, Thai, I wont have creamy stuff. Ive only drunk 800ml of water EEK :0
Although have walked the dog this morning and been in the garden for 1hour plant etc.

Hope everyone had a lovely Xmas and enjoyed not feeling guilty like me! Yes, no guilt at all, truly. And lookign forward to working together with you lovelys again.

Heading out to a country town today with inlaws, old goldming town. Just on the iPhone and bike now for 20'and then in the gym for 20. Aiming for 1.5 ltr of water today drinking 600ml bottle now.

I've been thinking about my new goals and ideas are;
150lb final goal weight
Little goals of 161lb and then 157lb
Fit back into my skinny jeans comfortably ( no tummy podge!)
Keep up my 5 x 40 min exercise sessions
Get down to 73kgs by end of Jan
1200 sit ups a week

Then add items of clothing I would like to get back into along the way. Roll on 4th of Jan when I can start Attack for 3 days. Wondering if I should do 4? I need to loose about 15 lbs any advice welcome here, dukan site says 2 days for me. But I would like a good kick start.

am away in london for a week and then away for exams the following week, I will try and get on as much as poss in the new year - want to try and post everyday and stay on track. 2011 WILL be a good year for me and i want to be comfortable in my clothes too!

hey Bren id do what you feel happiest doing on attack , im going to do the full 5 days starting today .....Im glad to be back on the plan lol

Alex good luck with your exams. I think that this jangling to be both of our years in 2011!

Scrumper, i am looking forward to Attack but really cannot do it fully until 3rd. So thinking 3,4 & 5th. Three days will hopefully keep me on track. WI will be next Wed. Im am just going to keep up exercise and water and healthy food until the 3rd. I hate to think how much I weigh after the past 7'weekS of sickness and Xmas!':0

Alottoloose the nye forecast is 40 degrees today! We are up early to tinker in the garden and then stop at lunch time. Hubby and I are going to have a gourment BBQ ourselves and watch Inception. In the west northern part of Oz they are having shocking floods. Whole towns have been evacuated!

Well 7 mins left on the bike and then into the gym for 15. Only doing 35 mins total as going to be in the garden for 2ish hours.

Wishing everyone a farewell to 2010 and hello to a fit, comfortable in my clothes and a slimmer, of course, 2011! Love u all and looking forward to the new year ahead together xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Well thinking about weighing this morning to see the damage thinking it's around 77kg or 170lbs! EEk. I can only health eat today as hubby goes back to work tomorrow and I can properly Dukan.
 
RIGHT the damage is 76.6kgs which equates to 168.52lbs. So I always round up, that makes me 169lbs.

Time to changes my goals and stats.
 
Well it was healthier eating yesterday and 1.5ltr of water. Although lunch out was not so good....

B - scrambled eggs and a hash brown :( oops
s - FF custard
L - fish and chips (not planned at all and i only ate half the small serve of chips) and 1 white wine
s - two clices of toast with vegemite
D - no dinner was not hungry (first time in a long time I havent had dinner just for the sake of it!)

Exercise was 2 laps of oval with dog (walking), 20 mins on the bike. This morning I have lost 400gm which is nearly 1lb.

Today however is day 1 of Attack. I am going to change my intial WI day to Thursday. This means that I can do 3 days of Attack and weigh in. I like my WI days no to be Mondays thats all.
 
Well 20 Mins in the gym. Going to walk dog later and do 30'mins on bike tonight. Just drinking 3 rd glass of water now, feeling really good too.

That's a great loss, Bren, considering you're not even on plan yet. Am upping the exercise here in the hope that it shifts the festive gains!
 
Well a 20 min walk with the dog today. And not going to do the bike tonight as I have a throbing ankle for some reason. Been on and off yesterday and today, hope I am not pushing myself too much.

Anyway nearly over for day 1! yay....

Hubby and I are going to watch a DVD and I am going to have a cuppa and FF yoghurt. I have also drunk my share of water and some today. :)

Feels good to be off the wine, except for that glass yesterday, and more importantly no cheese or chocolate/sweet treats have passed my lips today! I do have a birthday party to go to on the weekend. Will make that a PV day. I will drive and probably be roped into having 1 glass of wine, which I am prepared to live with.

Thinking about jumping on the scales in the morning. And must say it is a lovely elated feeling of ending the day knowing that I have stuck to plan and inside my body is burning away some fat, thank you Dukan Attack.
