Facial was divine! I did 45 min cardio at the gym and walked to the beautician and then to the gym, shops and back home so an extra 20mins I thinks.
So I've had another look at all the meal replacers and Optifast and Slimfast and Ultraslim all have a high carb intake. There was another scientific doctors brand with a low carb and fat and high protein very similar to the one that I bought at the beginning of the week, however, they only have chocolate.... I hate chocolate flavoured milk and drinks crazy I know!
I bought a brand called Slimming Sensation from the health food shop however.... it says on the front in big letters 'meal replacer' then on the back 'should be used in conjunction with your diet and exercise and not used as SS, or you should consult your doctor'.
Anyway it must be intended at some point to be used a SS as it does say 'meal replacer on the front' (in big letters i might add!).
So back to 2 shakes and a low cal meal for dinner, 2 peices of fruit and 3 ltrs of water. I am exercising and allowing myself 100g of yoghurt, a protein bar, crackers (sometimes with mozzarella cheese) and pumpkin seeds when I feel like it. Our football teams last match for the season this Saturday so I might have a glass of wine.
Basically trying not to think about being on a "diet" so it's easier to stick to. You know the whole 'it's a lifestyle change and everything in moderation.
