Hi Bren I know i've been kinda absent, kinda lurking but am really happy you're doing so great!:D
57kgs was, I guess, my initial aim but now i'm close i don't think it will really suit me. Right now i'm more concerned to just drop a couple more kgs then focus on toning up, but i did check my bmi if i was 57kg on the nhs website and it's 19.7, which is fine because it says that 18.5 and under is unhealthy! Thanks for your concern!

& as for the LBD - i can get it on but only just and i look like a sausage so i''ll post a pic when i get there lol!;)

yay good for you! a walk is a good idea, I do sometimes go walking when I go to my grandmothers, I walk her dog. I just dont like the area around here but we do have a big park, I also got gym tracksuit the other day so that helps.
 
Hi everyone thanks for dropping in. I started the beginning of the school year this week and last week was no students and lots of planning and meetings. I'm a teacher....

Anyways still on track had my house warming after 10 months, on the weekend and it was really good and the 2 days following I just couldn't get back on track but I'm there now and will post very soon again.

Well I've been really focused on Thailand the past 2 days and sticking to my aims and food. Would really like to thoroughly enjoy sitting by the pool in my bikini. As last year I had regained about 6 kilos from Xmas and my steroid saga. Felt okay but not at that lovely goal weight which I worked very hard for for 3 months only to have it stolen from me!!! Damn hives!

Anyways, 2 days down and lets see the kg's drop of the scale in the morning. I'm still going to see the CDC and buy the packets and have them there incase I get sick of what I'm doing. Lucky for my I only have or tell her I have 1 pack a day and the rest I calorie count for the day.

However........

I haven't been using them at all and will keep them in stock for when I return from holiday and stick to what I'm doing at the moment as the weight is falling off! Yay!!!

Red bikini here I come!

I lost 400gm this morning so I think I'm back to pre Xmas and post Xmas all time low weight!!! Yay.

It's day 3 of doing it seriously I've lost about 1.2kg so far.

Thank you. I weighed this morning and it's the beginning of day 5, so in 4 days i have lost...........2kg's. My official WI at home is Tuesday morning and I'm hoping for another 1kg by then. I am really in the zone. Told hubby to go to his mates and have some drinks as he asked me to the pub and I cannot drink obviously.....i'm on a diet!

So my aim is 3 kg's this week and hopefully 1.8 the next, followed by 1kg and then .6kg. Fingers and toes crossed everyone. The reason for me being able to stick to my eating plan is I had some veins on my legs, both blue and red spider ones, treated on Wed and will the next 2 wed's so this means that I have to wear surgical stocking for 72hrs straight and then at nights. As you know it's summer over here (YOU MIGHT NOT BELIEVE MELBOURNE'S HOTTEST DAY EVER, TODAY, 46 DEGREES!!!!!!), so very difficult to wear dresses and skirts with my stockings on the weekends.

Next 3 weeks will hopefully allow me to fabulousxly on plan and then refeed (so to speak) in the 4 weeks before I fly to Thailand.

Abz and Georgie thanks very much I am in the zone and plan to be like this for the next 3 weeks (a total hopefully of 4wks) because, i'm laid up with my legs and saving for my holiday.

Linz bummer about the heart burn, any chance of 2 CD product and 2 meals??

WELL 8 WEEKS AND 6KG'S TO GO. Really want to do this and enjoy my holiday. Luckily we are going to be eating mainly fish and seafood, so lots of protein.

Will have to maintain my 3ltrs or more on holiday too and use the gym at least every other day of 35 mins, what does everyone think. Been a little bummed about not being able to exercise intensely because of my legs so going to head there tonight and do 15 mins on the bike and arm and abs, might do so light weights on my legs or 15 mins on the cross trainer.

Well as promised did the gym last night, light as my legs.

The weekend over here has been very very saddening and horrific with the massive bush fires in Victoria which have wiped out entire town. People burned alive in their cars and homes (some trying to escape and others defending their homes). Death toll is about 140 people......

It's very hard to not feel sad even with other fronts my life is doing great. Will be off to the bank tomorrow to donate some money for the victims.

Oh and my first official at home WI tomorrow morning, fingers crossed hoping for a great one, I've been pretty damn good all week.
