600ml of green tea and about 1.6 of water.
 
Well I've already prepared my meal for tomorrow and I am aiming on avoiding the coffee on the way to work, this is what puts me out for the day.

Also going to try for the gym in the morning for 35 - 40 mins. So off to get those clothes ready and off to bed. Calories for tomorrow should hopefully be around the 1300 mark.

Does anyone know of a web site that will tell me for my height how many I should be eating a day to LOOSE weight? I can only find ones that tell me how much to eat to maintain.

Yep I can only echo what Abz has said... fab resource... think you only get 24 hrs now as a trial tho.

No I gained. It's only officially day 3 today and I have changed bathrooms to weigh in (makes some difference). Sat OWI day i was 72.6 this morning was 72.9.

Lots of water today and I've got really low cal food all day so fingers crossed for tomorrow's scale hop! I will only take Sat morning officially though.

in a week my scales have only shifted half a lb. gutted doesn't cover it. official weigh in not until tomorrow evening though, so i'm hoping i'll have lost a little bit more, but losing 3lbs by tomorrow seems a little unlikely :(

Well WI is on Sat morning for me however I have had a S#@T week. Only today have I managed to eat about 70% on plan, which the plan was only to start eating the planned food groups and then start weighing my portions mid week. I really started Monday's intentions, today!!! Not Happy.

Anyway that was my rant. As this afternoon I have had an atkins bar and picked a little since being home (toast, crackers and mozzarella cheese) I'm not going to have dinner so my calories should be around 1300 for the day.

I must embrace and remember the feeling that is in my tummy now and that's when the bloatedness from my green tea goes, it will feel full but not hurting, thin I dare say and that's the best way to go to bed for me as in the morning I feel confident about my body. I hate eating late and waking up in the morning still feeling full from dinner the night before.

I'm very pleased that I refrained last night from having dinner as I have lost this morning. Yay!

Last Sat I was 72.6/7
Mid week I was 73.1 (got paniciky)
Yesterday I was 73.8
Today I am 73.1

So I must aim today for 3 ltrs of water! If I eat more during the course of the day and reach 1200 cals I must not force myself to have dinner as I wont starve and dont need to eat because it's not really hunger I'm feeling.

I must strive to have that full, yet thin, yet happy feeling in my tummy by the end of the day today. I have a very stressful day ahead too.

Naughty me... just weighed myself after work now and weigh 73.2 which means if I have a healthy dinner and got to the gym for 40 mins tonight I should hopefully loose and be somewhere back to last Sat mornings weight.

I have drunk both yesterday and today 3 ltrs of water. In fact today will be over the 3 ltr mark, I think this has been the secret to my little downward swoosh! A big smile I have and a good incentive to stay on track.

Something that I dont want to get into the habit of is weigh all the time everyday. However weighing after work, as I ate quite sensibly today, and knowing that I can loose before tomorrow gives me an incentive to keep going. Perhaps I might weigh myself after work next week too just to keep me motivated.

So I've just been to the gym and purchased a box (1 weeks worth of Optifast) shakes.

Since I am on the ball with the water and in a good head space I think I might need to shake up the food and give shakes a whirl again. Optifast is cheaper than CD and I could get it straight away. I've never used it before so hope it tastes nice. It works just like CD.

It recommends 3 shakes a day but I wont be able to survive on this. Even on CD I did the 790 plan. So.... me thinks

yoghurt 80 cals
shake 151 cals
shake 151 cals
celery 40 cals (might eat a lot of this)
protein bar 138 cals
apple 59 cals
coffee (black) 20 cals
high protein dinner 200 cals

Roughly about 840 cals for the day! I think i can manage to do this for about 10 days which is how long the packs will last for.

Fingers crossed and lets do this!

Well I have woken this morning to the weekly WI and am very chuffed. Scales say a loss of 1.3kg's from my highest mid week gain and puts me 200gm below last Sat WI.

This morning I begin Optifast and will be home most of the weekend doing marking. I would like to be in the 60's by the end of 3 weeks before I fly home for the wedding.

Well on with it breakfast is a yoghurt and I have already started with the water.

Doing well so far with my school marking and the water and the Optifast! They taste okay too. CD is nicer as I like the soyaslim packs and these aren't soy.

But never the less today appears to be achievable and I'm motivated by the 1cm loss around both my tummy and waist this morning...... oh and along with the loss on the scales. When I gained that 1.1 during the week after fish and chips with the inlaws I thought that that was going to be the end of my weight loss but I got back on with it and now took another 200 gm with it. I know I shouldn't but I see the loss as 1.3 kg's for the week as it's motivational.

Good thing is the dress I want to wear to the wedding already fits so no pressure it will just feel ultra good when i do wear it if I loose some more weight by then. I just need shoes for it.

I've snuck in a piece of fruit bread today and some nuts.... bummer! Anyway think I've drunk about 4.5 ltrs of water and I'm going to stop drinking now, think that's enough.

Porridge for breakie today and some blueberries.

I've gained on the scales and I'm not in the mood for sticking to the Optifast today. Will keep up the water and eat healthy. Will do Optifast as of tomorrow.
