well mainly today I have been a bit lazy and haven't left the house again but I finally got up off my bum and attempted day one of jillian michaels 30 day shred! I watched it beforehand (as ya do) to see how hard it was and honestly thought this will be a doddle.

I was wrong

I thought it was quite hard actually and I did stop a few times despite it only being 20minutes. I found the press ups the hardest so I was pleased there were only in the first circuit :D

May need to get heavier weights as I dont think a jar of lloyd grossman sauce and a jar of red pickled cabbage does the job hehe ;)
 
Lol! I used a tin of kidney beans and 1 chopped toms this morning when I shredded :) well done for getting started with it, when I first did it I noticed a big change in my figure xx

I lost 2.5lbs wooo :)
really happy as my thursday last week was awful. it seems if I do bad on weigh day I have better losses.

ive decided this week to have a good week every day and see what happens im back to liverpool on sat so will be back in the gym. it would be nice to lose 2.5 (thought it was 3 woo) and get my stone award but im going to be realistic and say 2lbs.
