I'm going to be honest I haven't done the 30 day shred today Im just scared of the neighbours complaining and im being lazy. Now I'm back in Liverpool I have no excuse to go to the gym so might get back to 30 day shred when we move out of the flat and into a house (soon)
Anyway had a job trial today and I think it went well. The manager told me she was happy and that I had done well so im hoping to get the job. Fingers crossed
Todays food! On mfp it says I have had too much protein today think it could be the full tin of beans I had for breakfast oops need to stop doing that.
