hey everyone had a busy 11hour shift today but got some tips so im happy may able to survive on the money i have till pay day now
had an extra easy day today as I didnt go to the gym, still managed nearly 20000 steps tho (running around in work)
Myfitnesspal is telling me I have 1128 calories remaining which is madness!!!! i think its because of the steps i have clocked up in work but i couldnt possibly eat another thing!!!! if i dont lose this week Im def having a blowout on thurs (that seems to get me a loss).
Food for today (extra easy)
Breakfast:
Apple/banana/plum
Shape 0% Blackberry Yogurt
Lunch:
Scanbran (heb)
Laughing cow light (hea)
2 eggs
Peppers/Cucumber/tomatoes
balsamic dressing (1/2)
Dinner:
Vegetable Lasagne (6)
