Kitty o - I know... im going to have an early night so I get up :) oooh well done one saving the heb for now... I always have my heb in the morning then at lunch, ran out of pistachios so it will be pumpkin seeds tomo.
Do you have a pedometer??? I wear mine which helps me walk :)

I've got an app on my phone that I use. Hopefully it's dry so I can get a good few miles done.
I just get my tunes on and go.
I got up late today so didn't have brekkie . Mmm, I forgot how nice it is to have cereal at night time.

So the story goes like this....

I didnt get up for the gym because I decided to walk to work THEN I didnt get up for that because Im lazy....

THEN I managed to lock myself between my flat and the main door and had to ring the maintenance man to come and save me... so now im guna be about 20 mins late for work... so day hasnt started off well..

Had a sneak peak on the scales and ive managed to gain 3lbs!!!! So expecting a gain on thurs.... going to keep plodding along though lol...

So food goes like this: another vegan day :)

B) branflakes (heb) hazelnut milk (hea) banana
L) lentil soup, pumpkin seeds (heb) bread (6) tamarind chipotle chutney (2)

Not sure about dinner yet... I might be finally getting sick of stirfry... and im thinking the soy sauce is bloating me cz I have that much... we will see ill probably get in and have my stirfry goggles on :D

Its weird I love spicy things but ive never had a chilli ive liked...

Works ok thanks nearly finished now.. have to stay 15mins longer to make up this morning boo

I'll have to inform the MET office about the impending weather change !! :eek:

Good day so far for me. Was a bit lazy too and didn't go out walking til half 12. It was dry when I left and then it chucked down, needless to say the rain died off so I walked 3.2 miles. Serves me right for watching this morning !!

Another day of veggies for me !

I will give you my chilli recipe if you want?

Had my stirfry so 14 syns today... guna be a low syn extra easy day tomo :)

Today was going to be another vegan day but I just HAD to try some goats cheese popcorn it was ahhhhhmazing ;)
Not synning it as it was literally the tiniest bit ever

I'm gonna wait for my 'morning constitution' before I weigh in.

I'm hoping for a few ponds tomorrow .

I'll have to have a think on what I actually put in my chilli - I'm normally a chuck it all in cook.

will think what I throw in it while I eat my pud watching British Bake off x
 
here we go!!
my bean and veg chilli

1 tsp lazy garlic
1 tsp lazy chilli
1 large onion chopped
I usually use carrots, peppers, mushrooms and courgettes.
1-2 tins chopped toms
Good squidge of Tom purée
1 tin of mixed beans in chilli sauce
1 tin of kidney beans
1 tin of baked beans (depends on how much you wanna fart)
1 veg stock cube
1tsp cumin
1tsp chilli powder
Half tsp ground coriander
1 tsp smoked paprika
1tsp paprika
Splash of Worcester sauce



Fry off onion, garlic and chilli. Add the chopped veg and fry for a few mins adding a splash of water if needed. Add Tom purée and cook off. Then add spices. Chuck in beans and tomatoes. Add the stock cube, worcester sauce and enough water to cover. Simmer until carrots are cooked adding more water if needed . Season with salt and pepper and add more chilli powder or flakes if needed.

This makes a ton of chilli. It freezes great too.

Im hoping my body will be like ahhhhhh and drop a few pounds before tomo hehe

S) fluff (1) banana
L) pasta and veg, balsamic glaze (1.5) apple and tangerine
S) scampi fries (ooooof.... 6)
Dinner with be sweet potato and butternut squash soup with a glass of hazelnut milk (hea)

Syns: 10

First extre easy days in ages!!!!! Rooting for a sts tomo... would be disappointed with a gain because apart from the two meals ive been really on track xx
