Yeah put soy sauce in the some chilli peanut butter and stir it in then add some garlic powder it is immense!!!!

Woo :) decided to spend money on stuff that matter like clothes (I own nothing ha)

I have 3 jars (chilli, organic crunchy and dark chocolate) at the moment im doing quite well only having a little bit... I think its because I have big meals so too stuffed to get out the pb afterwards haha

U doing much this weekend?? Im off to work then off tomorrow CANNOT wait for extra hour in bed tonight love Greenwich mean time haha xx

Food looks good for today!:)

I'm just in from town, had a list as long as my arm to do. My mate bought us lunch at M&S and then I HAD to have a scone with jam and butter !!! It will be my only syns today and prob tomorrow so I don't mind .

I do love an extra hour in bed. Spesh if its piddling down outside.

Hope work wasn't too busy? Town seemed chocka ! x

Yeah town was chocka last night mustbe cz of footy and what not :)

Day off today stopped at my friends last night and already had butter on toast boo... had lambrini last night aswell (classy)

Going to walk home from hers soon (45mins) and try and pull it back... star week starts today so im expecting a gain this week.. but ill keep trying to be good until thurs...
Going to get home wash pots and uniform then chill out alllll day lol... watched bicentennial man (sobbed my eyes out) and death becomes her last night fab films :)

Theres nowt wrong with lambrini - cheap n cheerful!! :D

buttery toast was a necessity . You needed the extra insulation for walking thru our impending storm !!

Been a busy bee so far -shopping, cooking and doing my washing . Gone throw on my comfy clothes and slippers on now and find a DVD to watch- telly is poo!!

Get yourself some low syn treats for this week to help you.

For some reason we always end up buying lambrini... it doesnt go down as well as it did when I was 18 tho hehe

Well done on getting loads done... ive done clothes and pot washing then tidied up a bit now lying in bed playing on sims :)

If its not raining tomo im going to walk to work.. when I used to walk to subway my weight dripped off.. and it saves 2pound on the bus :)
