Hi, i decided to have a haircut and some highlights in my hair for the holiday, i haven't been to the haidressers in 5 years and then it was my cousins salon, she has now sold up and moved to lincoln so on more free hairdoo's.

I have never paid for a haircut in my life cus my mum is a hairdresser but only does cuts and sets now.

I have just been for a sunbed and the hairdressers next door was still open so i poped in, i nearly passed out when she gave me the price list. half a head of foils, cut and blow is £67.20 bl***y hell.

Is this normal or should i phone around.

that is cheap for what i was quoted, reflections wandted about £85 and others more, i go to a chap i know that works in the salon but does mobile, also, he charged me £40 for my colour and cut, then £10 for a trim or £30 re-colour and cut, i would shop around for a good mobile if you can, mines only in his 20s but does really good and funky cuts, but ask around unless your happy to pay that, sounds nice though, show us pics when you have it done xxx

I pay about 100 pounds for cut, highlights and some color, so it sounds like a good deal to me ! Just go for it! A great haircut and some color makes me feel so great, it's worth the money

most mobiles come to you, but i go to ross to his house so that charlie isnt around, xxx

i just put a load of jeans and dresses on ebay, its taken me al day x

It takes a while to get the stuff out on ebay! How many items do you have out? Hope you get good money for it so it will be worth it! I will put some online when I drop one or two more sizes.

i put about 12 items on, dresses that i never war and paid nearly £100 for each xx
anything will help with new clothes xx

Morning all! How are you doing? I am doing great even though the scale is now showing more than Sunday WI again... It is strange, but I don't worry about it. Maybe I shouldn't weigh myself daily

morning asa, i gained 1lb today, but i only had 1ltr of water yesterday, so must get loads down today xxx

I will drink some extra today as well. Hopefully our gain is gone soon.
