Ha, they have all eaten their dinner, the dishes are done and I had my veg soup which has really filled me up. I've also been drinking loads of water especially since I got the Sunshine Orange- it's great. My moment of despair has passed and it's another day done and nearer my goal. Ha it's like gaol getting to goal though! - I'm very funny! not!

Let me know if it's good. Have you got it just now? I had a stawberry mousse today but I have to say I thought it was quite revolting. I know everyone else loves them too. It's going to be hard to stay motivated about the food. I've had my porridge, mousse and veg soup today. What have you had?
 
Good evening all!!

I have had a good day - I think I am starting to feel better on this diet! I have mowed my lawn and my neighbours, watered the garen, washed the pots (big job!), put two loads in the washing machine and even changed my bed!! wow! Still craving for food though - but I think my energy as increased!

Claira - gosh I thought I had big boobs at 34G to 34GG!!! I don't tend to loose a lot off them when I diet. I started this diet at 14stone 9 - and even when I used to be 7.5 stone - I still had 32 D's. To be honest my boobs balance out my massive hips a bit!!

Nikki and Broxi - I think you are both doing amazing, especially as you are around food so much! I am really proud of you sticking to the diet!

going to get berrie flavour tomorrow, had brocolli soup about 3pm yuk, just made a vanilla muffin, had to do it or eat something in the fridge, nearly had a moment... but i didnt. and got a cappuchino for later, i used to have it hot but makes me gag now so. so i make it up with a pint of water and pour over ice x and its not that bad,
i only like the choc or chocmint mousse x

I'll maybe try choc mousse. You've worked hard Lady B! I'm tired and I've done nothing whatsover. I was going to go to my gym for a swim but can't be bothered. Instead I'm going to do what Witchy does- have a bath and rub cream all over myself, and go to bed early with my book! Sorry Jason!
 
LadyB, I quite like chilli soup. Brocoli is horrid I think, what else have you tried?

mushroom is defo my fav!! The broc one is okish, so it the leek and pot!! So my ranking is

Hey ladies, just got back from CDC and lost 4lbs, she says TOTM will make a differance. She says first 2 weeks after TOTM are the best for weight loss, so fingers crossed, great weight loss coming up. xxxLouie

Hey Claira I never noticed your weigh in mentioned yesterday. Was that week 2 4lb? if so that's brill too. I'd be delighted with a 3lb loss per week -even 2 but that's a bit slow.
 
i wasnt happy but i put it down to totm, i put it on daily at mo, i just need to, so another lb off today, i want 3lb a week and would prefer 3 1/2 lb per week that would be stone per month x
i want to reach 12st 13lb by august 8th that will be 3st in 3months x
 
That would be great Claira. I'm not hoping for that cos don't know what will happen cos of hols for 3 weeks but whatever I'm on this to the end even if i mess up in July, it will just take me a month longer to get to my goals- not that I'm planning on messing up
