Ive baked all day and come in for a cool down, heck its hot out there.

Think ive drank more water than normal as im melting away in the sun hehe, tan is coming along nicely though.

hi witchy, i burnt on thursday and still sore on back, used sun cream at zoo yesterday so not to bad everywhere else, im indoors today cuddled up on sofa still in my pj's, dont tell anyone xxx

Ive treat myself to a big bag of ICE to add to my shakes yummy yummy.

Im in a better frame of mind this afternoon was in tears reading all the threads this morning totally got my PMT head on, but the beast must be asleep now so I am free to read like a normal sane person again hehe.

Texted my CDC today to tell not to come this week and come next instead, I dont want to feel upset with no scale move and i have plenty of food for weeks so she is going to come next Tuesday instead, so got a week to get those scales moving again TOTM permitting.

have they stopped, do you weigh daily like me , im naughty. i got my totm a couple of days ago but did loose 1lb and a bit today, after gaining 1/2lb yesterday, and an inch down again, still 1 inch up from pre totm. do you think it may be a better loss when totm finished, i was looking at other threads and some people loose nothing totm and double normal loss the week after. does that make sense xxxx

Im banning myself from getting on them, after been poorly last week its been really hard to get to normal again and with TOTM still not happening and im swelling and swelling and retaining water, I think if i got on them I would be upset so im staying well clear for this week and will weight myself about Wednesday.

Hi Witchy & Claria, i don't weigh myself every day just once half way through the week.
It weigh in day today at 6 tonight and it's my TOTM so i hope i still lose, will be dissapointed if i don't.

Guys we have come up with a cunning plan to keep everyone happy, Claira has created us Butterfly Social Group, so if you want to join it, heres how.

Go to community in the blue bar at the top of the page

Click on Social Groups and click on ours and just click on join group.

That way we can keep this thread going as normal and use the group to express how we are feeling if we are struggling or fed up and not bring the whole board down.

We can have different thread for feelings, weight ins etc and it will be like a mini forum just for the butterflies.

Well hubby is going to work now, two oldest are out playing with friends and the little one has gone home with grandma, im a free woman so im just going to sunbath and play in the arcade for a bit.
