Week 7 + 2
Well I got my weddin date yday
Fri 9th Dec 2011...so now iv got somethng big to aim towards!
Had a good food day yday and hopin for another one today!
Hate the weekend cos I always seen to mess up, dnt know why cos I never really do anything different from thru the week! Just hav to keep in my head I dnt wana be a big bride!! x

Oh yes iv been shoutin it frm rooftops lol. Gettin married on 9th dec in mrnin
I cant wait. We treated r selves and booked a nice weddin car with red carpet treatment and bubbly! Well OH treated me reli lol. Also my £7 veil arrived yday lol its actually really nice, its 3tier and quite big and matches my dress lovely x hope ur havn a great day!xkimmyx

Week 7 + 4
Well today is a challange as is every sunday! Its always the day I seem to mess up. So my plan is... A cereal breakfast as normal, then sunday dins round at inlaws about 3, then somethn small for supper, maybe a couple of yogs or slice of toast.
Usually I start my downward spiral on a sat night wen I cnt resist a takeaway but I did last night and feel so much better for it. Thers not been one week since I started this diet that I havnt messed up or cheated once, but this week is gna be different (slim bride, slim bride, slim bride!) X

Well iv had another great day both diet and weddin wise! Booked my hair n makeup and also changed my mind bout venue and opted for sitty down meal. We puttin honeymoon off til nxt year so we can hav this instead
Pretty sure iv lost about 3lb this week cos I weigh myself daily on normal scales but take my wed weigh in readin frm wii fit so even 2lb wud be good! X

Well its not weigh in til 2mra but im a serial weigher and got on scales again today and iv lost 4lb this week! Thats a full stone since I started beginning of last month I cant see much change in my clothes n that yet but I feel so much better bein out the 15s and on my way to slimmish x
