Did a huge shop today but forgot my list! Doh! Managed to get everything bar honey and cardamom pods which I can grab at work. I didn't really plan my meals just bought stuff, so need a bit of a plan I think! As I am working Monday to Friday next week need to be really organised. I really struggled the last week I worked Monday to Friday as I ran out of food! Will need a top up of fruit tho no idea when I am I working so hard to know when I will be able to go to the supermarket again.

Fri chilli loaded with superfree no rice red day
Sat going to try the tacos again less chilli this time tho
Sunday hmmmm tricky some kind of sticky chicken I think either 5 spice or diet coke chicken or similar
Mon katsu curry
Tues mackerel and salad
Weds cauliflower cheese post wi in treat
Thurs left over chilli as will be tired!

Should have enough soup in the freezer to get me thru til Saturday without making any more, will need to make quiche on Sunday and weds afternoon but overall feeling nicely organised for the next week and a bit.
Am going to stop adding scan bran to my soup think it doesn't work as well as the cake and also going to stop having Hifi bars as my HEXB I am going to syn them and go back to ryvita think that works better for me. Feel my head is back in a good place now
