Been a crazy busy morning my parents have been here, been shopping and batch cooking with my mum made 4 portions of tuna balls a huge pot of soup, roasted butternut squash and carrot and a quiche for breakfast tomoro and Saturday.

Scales were 11st 9.5lb this morning which is down on yesterday. Am 1.5lbs away from 1.5st lost so am hoping to get that in the next 2 weeks think next week might be unrealistic as 1.5lb is a big loss when I have lost 5lb in the last 2 weeks :)

Food today green as mum had made soup

B grapefruit and yoghurt as up late
L sweet potato and lentil soup an apple
D veggie sausage casserole

Am trying to increase my superfree not managed today tho ooops

Chilling now with biggest loser and some water!

How lovely to have a cooking session with your mum.! My mum and me don't have that kind of relationship. But I do with my girls we love baking together x
 
We have always baked together for as long as I can remember melting moments when I was 5 and now sw friendly stuff :) am v lucky have a great relationship with my mum and dad and they spoil me rotten :) they are visiting every 2 weeks at the moment! Luckily it's only an hour and a bit away and they runa business together since they retired so they can come when I am off which is great. They are coming to paint the kitchen in 2 weeks :)
 
Did a huge shop today but forgot my list! Doh! Managed to get everything bar honey and cardamom pods which I can grab at work. I didn't really plan my meals just bought stuff, so need a bit of a plan I think! As I am working Monday to Friday next week need to be really organised. I really struggled the last week I worked Monday to Friday as I ran out of food! Will need a top up of fruit tho no idea when I am I working so hard to know when I will be able to go to the supermarket again.

Thurs sausage casserole green day
Fri chilli loaded with superfree no rice red day
Sat going to try the tacos again less chilli this time tho
Sunday hmmmm tricky some kind of sticky chicken I think either 5 spice or diet coke chicken or similar
Mon katsu curry
Tues mackerel and salad
Weds cauliflower cheese post wi in treat
Thurs left over chilli as will be tired!
Fri katsu curry

Should have enough soup in the freezer to get me thru til Saturday without making any more, will need to make quiche on Sunday and weds afternoon but overall feeling nicely organised for the next week and a bit.

Am going to stop adding scan bran to my soup think it doesn't work as well as the cake and also going to stop having Hifi bars as my HEXB I am going to syn them and go back to ryvita think that works better for me. Feel my head is back in a good place now :)
 
Chilli packed with superfree is in slow cooker hope it is nice as it is huge!!! Got pepper onion courgette celery carrot mushroom tomatoes and passata beef and kidney beans.

Not had my other HEXB yet not sure what to do about that as will be eating for sake of eating might have salt and vinegar ryvita with a glass of wine when food is prepared for work tomoro.

Feeling lots of sw love again at the moment!!
 
Had forgotten how rubbish getting up for 6:30 is after a day off, had stopped doing it! Anyway dinner is ready my slow cooker chilli looks amazing! So just got to get thru today which is going to be horrific! Am really dreading it. And tomorrow will be even worse I expect!

Scales say 11st 10.5lbs this morning, so not loving them either! Having scan bran cake now then got quiche and grapefruit and apple for breakfast at work and then soup melon pineapple and grapes for lunch and chilli for dinner. Roll on home time!
 
Day has been as awful as expected. Have nearly cried twice. Am better for being at lunch eating my roast bns and carrot soup which is yummy. But my lovely manager bought my a thank you present for all the hours I worked last week which has made my day! And made all the badness go away! Am v tired but only 2 hrs to go and half an hour is my lunch break!
 
Finally done home and eating the end of my scan bran cake, got a head ache but am starving so despite feeling sick am eating it. Tonight's plan in tv night bath and bed and if my headache goes a glass of wine :) need to do a few bits of prep for food for work tomorrow but otherwise a chilled evening doing 6:39-3:30 again tomorrow which will be fine when I get there thought of it not so appealing!

You seem to be having a really hard time at mo at the work. But what a nice gesture of your manager. That was lovely. Makes you feel appreciated. !!
