Thank you lovely, first day back is always such a shock!

Am in the middle of taking down Christmas :( I hate doing it so decided to do it ASAP. Also got a headache still started last night, cancelled seeing a friend this morning because of it, I get vestibular migraines which often start by being really tired and having a headache, both of which I I have had this wknd. Am hoping it isn't as they completely wipe me out. They have been mush better since doing sw which I think is because of the healthier stuff I have been eating but a month off plan has meant I have been getting more headaches so maybe this serves me right.

And finally I wi yesterday at 11st 12lb, class is usually heavier than home, but we wi on carpet yesterday as the church hall wasn't open and I got on scales this morning and am 11st 13lb which would be about 12st 1lb in class. So am a bit worried about that :(

Am going to go shopping tho, once I have sorted out bags which are currently full of Christmas presents! Just can't decide on Asda, closer, morrisons nicer and opposite matalan so might pop there too. Other than that not sure what I am going to do today not much I think as Christmas and work and new year and Ben's family have exhausted me!

Boo to the headache! Really hope it's not a migraine - I get them too, with horrible visual disturbance so can totally sympathise with how much they knock the stuffing out of you.

Don't worry about wi - things will level themselves out.

If you feel up to it, I'd go to Morrisons/Matalan - check off the sale bargains! A treat for taking the tree down! I hate that job too - we did it yesterday before we cleared out the loft!xx

Pretty sure headache is developing to migraine, so going to tuck myself up and see how I go.

Got basa from morrisons to do the Caribbean fish stew in the recipe book from this months mag if I can manage it and was lazy and got pre chopped bags of butternut squash carrot and onion for soup this week is going to be about being lazy but healthy to get through the January blues!
 
Claire don't worry about weigh in. It will come off. It will just mean doing what your doing and sticking to plan.
If I we're you I would just relax and get rid of that head ache.
Your food sounds lovely today. I have picked up a Sunday mirror with a few sw recipes in it so I am going to do us bang bang chicken noodle salad
But without the peanut butter so it won't be syn.
 
Am trying to drink plenty and got a miss marple on, lunch will be a quick grab I think. Not planning on leaving the house now just sitting and a bit of cooking will be it. And a bit of looking at mags and recipe books I think. Bought the little book of lunches for the secret Santa in group but didn't make party so got that to look at now too!
 
I've got that book and done quite a few things in it. Is a nice little books. Don't think the magazine this month is that good.
 
Had a lovely lunch of salad, beetroot ryvita laughing cow and spicy sardines got an apple now and will make myself finish my pint of water before I can have a coffee or tea :) is v nice sitting here not been at home for any of Christmas due to family/work so this is bliss! Miss marple has just finished so need something else to watch now
 
Caribbean fish stew from the little book with new mag is delicious and really easy :)

Have called in sick head definitely not right and I need to rest up I get very dizzy when I move and very nauseous when I move so sitting still is name of the game!

Scales down 1.5 this morning to 11st 11.5lb so that will do me if it sticks until weds :)

Aiming for an easy on plan day today got a scan bran cake and grapefruit for breakfast lunch either soup or salad and fruit and dinner chilli from the freezer got plenty of fruit for snacks too if I need them. Focus will be in keeping up water intake as that will help head for sure :)

Thank you will pass my brain needs to calm down basically! It is all just excess activity in my brain. Since being on sw this is the first time I have had one which is fantastic so think there are probably a number of triggers food being one of them xx
 
Too much cheese! sw helps as I can only have a limited amount. Think this has been triggered by either a change in my sleeping pattern, 3 late nights last week, NYE New Year's Day and the 2nd or from stress over something that happened last week at work. I had thought the sleeping pattern thing had been sorted out by medication but it is impossible to be sure. I was having them every 3 or 4 weeks and I was ill for 8 weeks when it first happened and took 18 months to get a diagnosis so one in 6 months is like a miracle!
 
So sorry you still not feeling yourself. Hope you day off work will help, along with the water and rest up and try to catch up on your sleep to x x
